Weight Loss Plans May Include:
GLP-1 agonist drugs like semaglutide help lower blood sugar and promote weight loss. These drugs work on the GLP-1 receptor to trigger insulin release from the pancreas and that helps to lower the amount of glucose in your blood. GLP-1s also prevent the glucose from entering your bloodstream by blocking glucagon – the hormone that your body uses to raise blood sugar levels. Semaglutide also works on slowing the rate at which your stomach empties – which means that there is less glucose released from the food as you digest. It works on your brain to tell you that you feel full. Semaglutide can be very powerful drug, but it’s not a miracle.
You must still eat right (high protein), exercise (particularly weight training to maintain muscle mass), and take proper nutrients to supplement your nutrition.
Start with the Cellular Nutrition Assay and then a 30 minute consultation with the Physician to review results and appropriateness for semaglutide. Then begin with a 1 week detox and move on to 20 weekly doses of increasing semaglutide injections along with 8 Vitamin B12 injections.
Payment Plans or financing are available.
For those who do not want to get injections, or have had local site reactions to the injection in the past, this is a great option. Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 100mcg is compounded along with semaglutide to help boost the effect. Physician consult is $99 to determine eligibility.

Semaglutide is the active ingredient and sold under a couple commercial names. It belongs to class of drugs called GLP-1 receptor agonists. It is used in the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Type II and Obesity. At Quench Hydrate, we provide compounded semaglutide.
Semaglutide can help support weight loss, lower blood sugar levels, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
Semaglutide is usually injected under the skin once a week. At Quench, our registered nurse administers this in clinic, once a week while monitoring your side effects, measurements, and overall health status. There is also an oral form of Semaglutide available for some patients.
Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Serious side effects are rare but can include pancreatitis and thyroid tumors. Our patients tend to have lower side effect profile than the usual due to the tapering protocol we advise and combination of injections we provide to combat the side effects.
Whether Semaglutide is suitable for you depends on your individual medical history and goals. A consult with Dr. Hovav is done to assess this and is done over the phone. The cost of the consult is $99.
Semaglutide can be used in combination with other diabetes medications. Dr. Hovav will determine the most suitable treatment plan for you.
It’s important to maintain a healthy diet and engage in regular physical activity to complement the effects of Semaglutide. Proper hydration is very important as is proper nutritional support.
To get a prescription for Semaglutide, schedule an appointment with Dr. Hovav (link to semaglutide consult currently in the weight loss page). She will evaluate your medical history and personal goals and will determine if Semaglutide is right for you.
Under the brand name, it can be covered under some insurance plans for the treatment of Diabetes, although coverage for obesity has been rare. Quench Hydrate does not accept insurance but our prices are reasonable and you are always medically monitored for your best interest.
